  The TMI ("trigger midi inteface") features 8 trigger inputs for drum pads. Channel 1-5 can simultaniously trigger e.g. an SDS 9 or SDS 1000 by using the 5 trigger outputs. The TMI only offers midi out. So it is not possible to go the other way: changing midi signals into trigger impulses like the MTM can do. Further features: connection for portakit, tape i/o for dumping data, foot switch for programm changes. |
